Localization Kit” shall mean the Translation Kit and Integration Kit in English 
language defined as follows: (i) “Translation Kit” shall mean any material required 
to translate any element into any language. The Translation Kit shall include (a) fully 
documented files with respect to any elements of the App to be translated, including 
without limitation texts, voices, instructions, and (b) any specific tools that may be 
required to use such files ; and (ii) “Integration Kit” shall mean fully documented files 
and tools that enable UBISOFT or any third party hired by UBISOFT to integrate 
translated elements into the App
